Do I get the same maid at all times?
Yes, we assign a specific maid as soon as you have signed our service service agreement.
However, a replacement maid is provided should the assigned maid be absent or away on leave.
Are your maids honest?
We provide in house training to our maids before assigning to clients and we strongly advocate on 'honesty being the the best policy', and not to give in to temptations, however, we do advise our clients to lock away valuables on cleaning days.
Can I get cleaner/maid on ad-hoc basis?
Sure! Provided we have a maid available that day - advance notice is always appreciated.
Do I pay the maid?
Nope. We will invoice you at the end of the week and you can pay via internet banking. No hassle to have cash on hand.
I am looking for a full time maid/housekeeper/baby-sitter/nanny. Can MAID4U help?
If you choose to go through MAID4U, we do provide discounts based on the frequency of cleaning days.
